Fall into slide on stomach

Fake a crunch up
Sit up fully, with sweeping arms into first ballet position
Roll back
Right leg straight, toe pointed, left leg bent
Roll forward and up
(facing stage right)
Fan left knee
Kick right
Fan kick right
Cross right behind left and spin
Step, slide towards front of stage (breaking through something motion)
Right hand, left hand to imaginary wall on stage right
Push off wall onto floor
Toes point and back straight
Feet flex and slouch
Toes Point and back straight
Stand up, brush off
Chennai to stage left x3 (hands in tight, arms straight out, above head)
Jumping chennai
Hitch knee right up, arms straight out in fists
Hold position, hands drop down, back to fists
Collapse on floor on right hip
Both legs kick up
Left arm comes around to front of body slams on floor
Push to knees
Lean to left right leg out
Lean to right left leg out
Crouch on toes bounce once
Stand on toes, knees popped (right arm front, left arm back)
Spin on toes
Right knee kicks up
Quick switch to left leg arabesque
Right hand rolls back (crouch)
Lift to toes, wrap right around head
Flat feet, flat back
Arms up to surrender, fists, level with head
Body roll into flat back, arms ahead
Breathe with body arms going down 3x's
Stay back down, knees pop one by one 3x's
(Slowly coming up) Toes up, out, in
Knees pop one by one 3x's
Toes out, in, out
Head to front
Shoulders back, up, down
Turn to stage front
Right arm swing back
Left arm swing back
Hands come up with 10
Right arm punch (Hold bent elbow infront of chest)
Left arm punch up (rests ontop on right)
Open arms infront of face
Two steps right with rolling hip and flash hand
Right toe points out
Bring hands into chest, arch back
Pop right knee
Body roll forward, bringing hands down
Three steps back
Drag left knee in and pop it
Turn popped knee out
Drag left toe up right leg
Kick out to the side
Left leg behind right and spin
Left cross over right
Hitch with right knee up
Spinning potaburae
Two chasses
Step
Jetee
Land with left knee down
Left arm bent, through hair
Push right leg out at an angle with right arm
Swing right leg to stage front
Right arm up
Collapse onto floor
Position as jump in beginning but on the floor
Lift body onto forearms in pose
Body roll onto the floor
Drag body forward 3x
Push up position, with flat toes
Use momentum to flop over
Point toes and lift up with left leg up
Gently ease down
Right leg bends, toe mathces with left knee
Roll over
Stand into lunge position
Run five steps forwards
Two steps quickly back
Cautious step forward
Three steps back
Thats all I got right now, just needed somewhere to write it to remember it.... Oh I will update this when I figure stuff out, so stay tuned....
